Perhaps the most popular style when it comes to wheels for **Nissan 350Z use the 5x114.3 bolt pattern for all wheels** It's a wonderful car to learn how to work on your own car as well as driving on a track and teaching yourself. It is widely available in the USA and when compared to modern sports cars, a pretty good deal for under $10k. We think that the 350Z is a crazy good steal for a budget minded tuner. It was also popular in the Fast & Furious series with the famed Veilside kitted version in Tokyo Drift. The 350Z saw many race series entries like JGTC, Drift, and local grassroots competitions like SCCA and NASA. It was produced in Japan from the years 2001-2007 with a slight engine change in 05-06 and again in 2007 (the later years being the "High Rev" model with a higher redline). Available in a few different trims such as the Track spec and Enthusiast spec, the design teams at Nissan really hit the nail on the head when coming out with this Z. The 350Z marks the fifth generation of the Z line. One of the iconic design elements of the 350Z is the rear strut bar as seen through the large rear hatch glass. Although the 350Z has a bit of a stout weight at around 3500 lbs, it makes up for it with a strong, torquey engine and tight chassis that makes it feel nimble and balanced. If you have a 18x9.5 +20 and you need a 0 offset, adding a 20mm spacer will zero out the offset giving you an effective offset of zero. If you cant afford expensive wheels, Effective offsets can be obtained with spacers. So a 18x10.5 rear will require a Effective offset will require a -25mm-30mm offset to run a fat tireĪ 9.5 requires a -40 offset but you need a slight stretch. The rear is a bit harder to do math on but look at it this way for every inch more than 9 it ads half an inch from the center (imagining the front) The best offset for a 9.5 is a Effective offset -40 You can run anything from a 9.5-11+ in the rear. My current setup is 18x9.5 with a Effective offset of 0 running a 225 40 18 tire. a tire size such as 245 35 18, (with a 35 sidewall will be ok with a -5) however running a 225 40 18 (40 sidewall) will require at least a 0 offset. It all depends on tire size to prevent rubbing. You really need an effective offset of either -5 or 0 Honestly a 9.5 width is the best upfront.
